Balbeggie Primary School, Perth
We are looking for a compassionate and dynamic Primary School Support Worker to join our dedicated team at Balbeggie Primary School. In this role, you will make a real difference by supporting children and young people to access a meaningful and inclusive curriculum. You will work closely with teachers and colleagues to help pupils thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
As a Primary Support Worker, you will:
- Support pupils on a one-to-one basis, in small groups and within the classroom.
- Assist with positive behaviour approaches.
- Support pupils during transitions, break times and school activities.
- Provide support with intimate care routines where required.
- Use ICT to enhance learning experiences.
- Contribute to personal learning plans and inclusive practice.

Skills & Experience Required
You should have experience, either paid or voluntary, of working with children and young people with additional support needs (ASN). You will have strong communication and listening skills, together with a caring, patient and proactive approach. The ability to work flexibly as part of a team is essential.
