We are seeking a highly motivated, organised and experienced band 5 Senior Programme Administrator to join the Quality and Commissioning Team, at the Greater Manchester Adult Secure Provider Collaborative (GM AS PC). The PC holds commissioning and quality responsibility on behalf of the GM ICB for the 4 Greater Manchester Secure Providers (GMMH, PCFT, Elysium Spinney & Cygnet Bury). This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and fast-paced commissioning environment, providing high-quality programme, governance and administrative support to a complex, specialised system-wide programme.

The post holder will play a key role coordinating the administration of programme delivery, supporting governance processes, managing the administration of reporting requirements and working with a wide range of stakeholders across NHS organisations, independent providers and system partners. Hence the successful candidate will require the ability to demonstrate responsiveness, resilience, confidentiality and integrity.

The post is full time (9-5) and based at Harrop House, Prestwich Hospital, but offers a combination of office, home and remote working across the Provider Collaborative footprint as required.

  • Provide comprehensive programme and administrative support to the Quality and Commissioning Team
  • Coordinate meetings including preparation of agendas, collation of papers, minute taking and action tracking
  • Maintain robust administration of programme governance processes, including action logs, decision logs, risk logs and associated documentation
  • Support performance monitoring, including tracking KPIs, progress against plans and reporting requirements
  • Support the team to analyse and present data to support programme delivery and decision making
  • Work with Business Intelligence colleagues to support reporting and data quality
  • Diary management and admin support for the team including Commissioning, Quality and Case Management professionals
  • Support engagement with stakeholders across the Provider Collaborative and wider system
  • Manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide line management support to any designated administrative staff
