This is a busy, customer-facing role where you\'ll be providing assistance, guidance and reassurance to passengers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service throughout their journey.

The role primarily involves supporting customers who have pre-booked passenger assistance services , helping them navigate the station and ensuring they reach their destination safely and comfortably.

You will also be expected to assist any other passengers who require support, information or guidance whilst onsite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting customers who have pre-booked assistance services
  • Escorting and guiding passengers around the station and to the correct platforms
  • Providing reassurance, support and information to customers throughout their journey
  • Assisting members of the public with enquiries and directions
  • Acting as a key point of contact for anyone requiring assistance within the station
  • Using radios to communicate with colleagues and operational teams
  • Updating and uploading information onto internal systems
  • Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
  • Managing multiple tasks in a busy and fast-paced environment
  • Going the extra mile to provide a positive customer experience
