Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Provide leadership, coordination, and support to team members on each shift
- Link with Ward 8, ED, and Day Case Coordinators to ensure patient flow is maintained
- Liaise with the multidisciplinary team regarding patient care
- Ensure all relevant referrals are completed, such as safeguarding, health visiting, and children's community team
- Act as an appraiser for team members, developing the future workforce
- Maintain standards and encourage continuous improvement
