Where you'll be working? We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure. This role will be within our Clean Water Capital Delivery Team- Our teams deliver various schemes from Mains Renewal, Diversions and PMVs all in aid of supporting the UU clean water network.

What you'll be doing? You’ll provide vital administrative support to the SHE team across water and infrastructure contracts, ensuring records, data and compliance are efficiently managed. You’ll coordinate inductions, occupational health appointments and maintain training records across systems. You’ll distribute toolbox talks and briefings, manage registers, and support SHE performance data collection and reporting, producing dashboards and reports using Microsoft Office. You’ll monitor actions and deadlines, attend meetings, track follow-ups, and ensure strong communication. Maintaining SHE documents and supporting initiatives, you’ll play a key role in effective compliance.

What you'll bring? Do you have strong skills in administration and organisation? Are you experienced in managing records, databases, trackers, or reporting information? Advanced in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Confident working with data and producing reports or KPIs. Able to work independently and support a wider team. No previous SHE experience is required, full training and SHE development will be provided.
