What you'll be doing?

You’ll support the Commercial Manager and delivery team across all commercial activities, leading and mentoring Quantity Surveyors to ensure compliance with M Group processes and policies.

Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders, you’ll drive successful project delivery, minimise WIP, maintain cash flow, and secure timely payments.

You’ll support weekly and monthly CVRs, oversee valuation and cash collection, manage subcontractor and supplier performance, and ensure contractual compliance.

You’ll also negotiate rates and KPIs, monitor performance, manage early warnings and compensation events, and identify opportunities to improve productivity and commercial outcomes.

  • - Do you have strong expertise in NEC contracts and commercial reporting, including CVRs and WIP management?

• - Proficient in MS Office with a full UK driving licence?
