What you'll do
- Lead the day to day running of the home
- Create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for children and young people
- Lead, motivate, and develop the residential care team
- Ensure the home operates in line with Ofsted regulations, safeguarding standards, and company policies
- Oversee care quality, compliance, staff performance, and service development
- Build positive relationships with children, families, social workers, and other professionals
- Drive the home towards strong inspection outcomes and continuous improvement
