Where you'll be working? We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure. This role will be within our Clean Water Capital Delivery Team - Our teams deliver various schemes from Mains Renewal, Diversions and PMVs all in aid of supporting the UU clean water network.

What you'll be doing? You’ll sit in Commercial Team on a Framework Contract and will monitor and review the activities of the contract operation to enable the company to meet its commercial objectives and targets. The contract is on our long term Framework with United Utilities undertaking Clean Water Mains Replacement activities. You’ll manage the full commercial lifecycle of projects from pre‑contract through to final account, preparing accurate valuations and applications for payment with full contractual support and compliant documentation. Produce detailed cost reports, forecasts, CVRs, and cashflow summaries, ensuring robust cost control, WIP management, and value capture. Prepare and administer subcontract and procurement schedules, lead subcontract engagement from tender enquiry to final account, and manage supplier accounts, payments, and contract drafting—including professional services agreements.
