Everest Recruitment & Services Ltd is recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our agency workforce supporting healthcare providers across Belfast and Northern Ireland. This is a temporary agency position offering flexible work opportunities with a range of clients, including care homes, nursing homes, residential care services, supported living services and other healthcare settings. Whether you are looking for full-time hours, part-time work or additional shifts alongside your current employment, we welcome your application. Shift availability will depend on client requirements and service demand.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality personal care and support.
- Assisting with washing, dressing, toileting and mobility.
- Supporting individuals with meals, hydration and daily living activities.
- Promoting dignity, independence and person-centred care.
- Following individual care plans and organisational policies.
- Maintaining accurate care records.
- Reporting concerns relating to safeguarding or wellbeing.
- Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals and colleagues.
- Following infection prevention, health & safety and manual handling procedures.
