Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new commercial cleaning contracts.
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facilities managers, local authorities, schools, hotels, offices, and commercial organisations.
- Prepare quotations, tenders, and contract proposals.
- Conduct site surveys and assess customer requirements.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and manage the sales process from enquiry to contract award.
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth mobilisation of new contracts.
- Monitor contract performance and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Develop strategies to increase commercial revenue and market presence.
- Represent the company at networking events and business meetings.
