Project Team Administration Support (Part Time)

We are looking for a proactive and organised Project Team Administration Support to join our growing team and help keep our operations running smoothly based in Potters Bar on a part time basis.

Project Team Administration Support role is a varied and hands-on role supporting the Branch Manager and wider team across administration, project coordination, sales support, invoicing and warehouse operations.

No two days are the same, the role provides valuable exposure to the day-to-day running of a busy logistics and installation business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily warehouse operations, including goods-in, goods-out, stock handling and general housekeeping.
  • Maintain and update project plans, schedules and operational documents using internal systems.
  • Carry out general administrative duties, including booking deliveries, updating systems and filing documentation.
  • Assist with processing invoices and purchase orders.
  • Answer telephone and email enquiries, directing queries to the appropriate team member.
  • Assist in the preparation, collation and submission of quotations and tender documentation.
  • Use company IT systems to track stock, input data and produce reports.
  • Provide administrative support for project coordination and operational activities.
  • Support the wider team with ad hoc administrative and warehouse duties as required.
