Duties of a Service Advisor
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their service experience, ensuring professional and positive interactions.
- Efficiently schedule vehicle repairs and services, maintaining clear communication with customers and workshop personnel.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records within company systems.
- Promote additional services and repairs based on technician recommendations to maximise workshop revenue.

Requirements of a Service Advisor
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry.
