The Portsmouth Academy is seeking a Phonics and Literacy Teacher to join from September 2026.
You will plan and deliver targeted phonics and literacy interventions across KS3 and KS4, supporting students with literacy barriers and additional needs.
Working with the Associate Leader for Literacy, you will monitor progress, use assessment to inform teaching, and help drive literacy improvement while promoting high standards of literacy and oracy.
