The Role
As a Customer Sales Advisor, you’ll guide customers through one of the most exciting investments they’ll make in their home.
Your responsibilities will include
- Meeting and speaking with customers interested in purchasing our products and services.
- Understanding each customer’s individual needs and recommending the most suitable solutions.
- Demonstrating our extensive range of products, designs, styles and customisation options.
- Providing expert advice to help customers make informed decisions.
- Explaining finance packages and payment options clearly and professionally.
- Completing sales documentation accurately and ensuring a smooth customer journey from consultation through to purchase.
- Delivering exceptional customer service while building lasting customer relationships.
- Representing First Home Improvements with professionalism, enthusiasm and integrity.
- What We’re Looking For
- A full UK driving licence.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
