Clinical Engineering Administration Manager
The Support Team Leader is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the admin team on a day-to-day basis.
This also includes liaising with various external medical device suppliers, overseeing the ordering of numerous high value equipments and spare parts and tracking these orders through to delivery.
A key function of this role is to assist the Trust with the hire of medical devices to meet the clinical need of specific patients and then receive and validate all invoices providing a high level of financial scrutiny and assurance.
The post holder will work with the management team to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency so logical thinking and attention to detail are also key to the role.
Ideally you will have a strong ability to lead and manage others having line management responsibility for two other staff members.
Working well as part of a small team is essential, as is excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong desire to help others.
