A leading accredited manufacturer specialising in advanced multi‑axis CNC machining. Due to continued growth, the company is expanding its production team and now requires an experienced CNC Machinist to support increasing demand across aerospace, automotive, and precision engineering projects.

Your new role

You will play a key role in the machining and production of high‑precision components. Responsibilities include:

  • Operating and setting up 3‑axis and 5‑axis CNC machines
  • Machining and milling a range of materials including aluminium, brass, mild steel, stainless steel, and engineering plastics
  • Interpreting technical drawings and ensuring all parts meet required tolerances
  • Carrying out in‑process and final quality checks
  • Maintaining machinery and performing routine servicing
  • Working closely with the production team to meet daily output and quality targets
  • Identifying opportunities to improve machining efficiency and workflow

Mon- Thurs 7am - 4pm and Fri until 12pm. Overtime time and half.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Minimum 2 years' CNC machining experience (3‑axis or 5‑axis)
  • Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Experience working to tight tolerances
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
