This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, thriving business with a strong customer base who have very recently expanded the site.

My client are looking to recruit an experienced Pre-Press Manager with a good background in high volume manufacturing and reprographics.

This business works with a highly recyclable product and with has a varied customer base made up of international businesses, providing excellent job security.

This role would be very well suited to a candidate with management experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Pre-Press team, overseeing workloads, training, coaching, and professional development.
  • Own the end-to-end Pre-Press process, from artwork approval through to production first runs, supporting customer projects and technical artwork development.
  • Manage departmental operations, including equipment, costs, quotations, sales invoicing, and customer engagement.
  • Drive continuous improvement by enhancing processes, adopting new printing technologies, and contributing to wider business efficiency and effectiveness.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Proven managerial and leadership experience within a manufacturing or print environment.
  • Experience in reprographics and working within an offset printing environment.
  • Experience managing customer and supplier relationships.
  • Experience leading teams and coordinating projects to successful completion.
