We’re excited to offer an incredible opportunity for an Administrator to join our dedicated and professional Engineering team.
This role is centred around supporting our engineering department for all of its administrative needs and is perfect for someone who enjoys a process-oriented environment.

- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm (4pm on Fridays)
- Type of Role: Full Time, Permanent
Your Duties Will Include
- Act as the primary administrative contact for the Engineering department.
- Coordinate technical and customer audits, ensuring compliance with customer standards and timely completion of non-conformance actions (NCNs).
- Maintain, review, and document engineering processes and procedures, ensuring annual updates and staff sign-off.
- Manage and keep the engineering technical library current.
- Support the Engineering Manager in developing training plans and maintaining the engineering skills matrix.
- Ensure work orders and equipment failures are accurately recorded in the CMMS, supporting consistent reporting across engineering teams.
- Produce and analyse key engineering KPIs.
- Monitor engineering holiday records and escalation resource or labour concerns to the Engineering Manager.
- Maintain a safe, organized office environment and promote continuous improvement.
- Identify and escalation operational improvement opportunities and departmental concerns.
- Provide cross-functional administrative support across the Engineering department as required.
About You
- Previous experience in an Administrative role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Tools including Excel and Word
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A background in administration within an engineering environment
- Experience working with CMMS systems or other complex CRM databases
