Completely Care is recruiting experienced and dedicated Domiciliary Care Workers to support adults in their own homes across Pontypool and the surrounding areas. Drivers are essential for this role, as you will travel between clients’ homes throughout your shift.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide personalised care and support to adults in their own homes.
  • Assist with personal care and daily living activities while encouraging independence.
  • Support clients with mobility, moving and handling, and the safe use of equipment, including hoists where required.
  • Assist with medication where trained and authorised.
  • Provide companionship, reassurance, and emotional support to promote wellbeing.
  • Follow individual care plans and complete accurate care documentation.
  • Travel between client visits using your own vehicle.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 6 months’ UK care or support experience.
  • Experience within domiciliary care, community care, residential care, supported living, or a similar environment.
  • Experience with moving and handling and care equipment.
  • Flexibility to work a range of agency shifts.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to complete one).
  • Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle and valid business insurance (essential).
  • Social Care Wales (SCW) registration where required.
