We're looking for a talented and curious Data Analyst to help turn data into meaningful insight that drives better decision-making across Monmouthshire Housing Association.
Working as part of our digital and data transformation journey, you'll analyse complex datasets, develop dashboards and reports, identify opportunities for improvement, and help colleagues use data more effectively to improve services and outcomes for our communities.
You'll work collaboratively across departments to understand business needs and provide insight that supports strategic planning, operational efficiency and regulatory compliance
Analyse and interpret complex data to provide actionable business insights.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and KPI monitoring tools.
Support the delivery of MHA's Business Intelligence Strategy and data governance frameworks.
Identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for service improvement through data analysis.
Work closely with teams across the organisation to understand and meet their analytical needs.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity and compliance in reporting.
Produce insights and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
