About the Role:
Smart Solutions is recruiting Recycling Operatives on behalf of our client, one of the UK’s leading waste management companies. This is a full-time position, ideal for individuals seeking long-term work in a growing industry. No previous experience is required – just a good attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Segregate recyclable and non-recyclable materials from a production line
- Ensure quality control and correct waste handling
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet targets
Full site induction and training provided.
Facilities: On-site canteen, parking, and accessible via public transport.
Opportunity to work additional days including occasional Saturdays (at standard rate).
