What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll support adults with a wide range of needs, enabling them to live safely, happily, and independently in their own homes.

  • Mental health needs
  • Limited mobility
  • Nonverbal communication
  • Companionship needs
  • Down syndrome
  • OCD tendencies
  • Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)
  • Speech impediments
  • Cerebral palsy

Your daily role could include

  • Supporting with personal care and household tasks
  • Helping with shopping and community activities
  • Transporting clients / enabling access to the community for engagement (this may include use of personal car)
  • Encouraging social engagement and hobbies
  • Administering medication
  • Promoting independence and wellbeing
