The Role

The post holder will be responsible for a range of administrative, quality assurance, and quality improvement activities to support the effective monitoring, evaluation, and enhancement of curriculum delivery and performance. This will include supporting internal audits, maintaining documentation, coordinating meetings, contributing to quality reviews, and assisting in the implementation of improvement actions.

As a Quality Coordinator, you confidently manage multiple tasks and responsibilities, quickly assess new information and adjust your approach to ensure priorities are managed effectively and quality standards are maintained.
  • Critical thinking - You are a thoughtful and analytical problem-solver who uses reasoning to identify patterns, assess information and make sound, evidence-based decisions. As a Quality Coordinator, you apply critical and strategic thinking to identify issues, understand root causes, challenge where appropriate, and support effective solutions that improve quality, compliance and processes.
  • Persistence - You are a determined and resilient individual who remains composed when faced with setbacks or obstacles. As a Quality Coordinator, you approach challenges with confidence, persistence and a willingness to explore alternative solutions, ensuring issues are followed through and quality objectives are delivered effectively
  • Interpreting data - You are confident in interpreting and analysing data to identify trends, issues and opportunities. As a Quality Coordinator, you use quantitative information to support accurate decision‑making, identify potential quality concerns and solve problems effectively, ensuring actions are based on clear evidence and informed judgement benefits.
