Duties as Pre-school Practitioner:
- Supporting children aged 2–5 through play-based learning
- Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities
- Monitoring and recording children's development and progress
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Ensuring safeguarding and welfare requirements are always met
- Contributing to a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
Essential Requirements for Pre-school Practitioner:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
- Previous experience working within a nursery or pre-school setting
- Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
