Titan Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for 3 experienced Pipe Fitters to join our client, an established mechanical engineering business based in Plymouth.
The company specialises in mechanical engineering, pipework, fabrication, installation and maintenance, working across a range of industrial projects.
Their team includes experienced mechanical engineers, welders, fabricators and pipefitters.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Pipe Fitters looking for a long term position, with the role starting on a 12 week temporary to permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities
As a Pipe Fitter, your responsibilities will include
- Installing and fitting pipework and associated components
- Working from drawings, specifications and job requirements
- Supporting fabrication and installation projects
- Carrying out repairs, replacements and modifications where required
- Working alongside welders, fabricators and mechanical engineers
- Ensuring work is completed accurately and to a high standard
- Following all relevant health and safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working effectively as part of an experienced engineering team
The client works across pipe, fabrication and installation projects, including repairs, replacement, refurbishment and modification work.
About You
We're looking for candidates who have
- Previous experience working as a Pipe Fitter
- Strong practical and mechanical skills
- Experience with pipework installation and fitting
- Ability to work from technical drawings and specifications
- Strong health and safety awareness
- Reliable attendance and timekeeping
- A professional attitude towards work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience within industrial, mechanical engineering, fabrication or installation environments would be highly advantageous.
Due to the nature of the working environment, candidates must be comfortable with regular drug and alcohol testing throughout the assignment and potential permanent employment.
