Introduction
I am a 12-year-old boy who enjoys going out on Dartmoor walking and to beaches, but my mobility is limited so we use a wheelchair at times, visiting the aquarium, reading, having a laugh and socialising.
Important information

Duties
I would like someone to accompany me to the activities that I enjoy. I require 2:1 support at all times and need to trust the people who support me. I currently have a regular worker who can help make connections with me. Support with my toileting needs are required (Pad changing). Supervision is always required when walking and I do use a wheelchair. I also need constant supervision as I cannot be left alone. I do tend to fall asleep and then have seizures, so I need to be not left to sleep during your working time with me. Ideally, I would like to establish a team of people that can support me into adulthood and beyond.
Hours
Initially between 3 to 10 hours per week during school term time, moving up to 25 hours a week during school holidays. The hours will be discussed and increased once relationships are established.
