MFL Teacher – Day-to-day supply from as soon as possible. These flexible opportunities are ideal for MFL Teachers who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different school settings. You’ll be working across a range of schools in Plymouth and nearby areas, delivering engaging language lessons in Spanish and French.
Duties as MFL Teacher:
- Deliver high-quality lessons in Spanish and French across KS3 and KS4
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of different learners and school environments
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures
- Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with school staff to support pupil development
Ideal MFL Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- Experience teaching Spanish and/or French in UK secondary schools
- Strong classroom management and communication skills as an MFL Teacher
- Ability to adapt quickly to different school settings
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
- Passionate about languages and committed to pupil progress
