SWLP is a specialist company of Lightning Conductor Engineers, offering the full range of Lightning Protection services (testing, design and installation) throughout the South West from our office location in Plymouth.
You will be a qualified lightning conductor engineer. Works include testing and installation of lightning protection systems within construction sites and Ministry of Defence facilities.
Candidates should have good communication skills and be computer literate. You will be working as part of a team and on your own as required.
A CSCS card is required, along with other construction trade qualifications, which normally form part of an engineer's training.
Works are mainly in the South West region; however, some lodging away will be required, for which an allowance is paid and hotel costs are covered.
Hours are 40 contracted, although generally additional hours are undertaken. Work from your home base.
