Allscreens Nationwide Ltd seeks a Student Experience Assistant to join the Charles Seale-Hayne Library.
You will provide face-to-face and remote first-line IT enquiry support, helping students with IT issues and resource access, under the Library & Learning Operations team.
You'll triage enquiries, record statistics, manage learning spaces, and support inter-library loan requests, printing, and resource provisioning.
Evenings 37 weeks a year, Thursday to Saturday 16:45–00:15.
