Key Responsibilities

  • Duties and responsibilities include the preparation, cooking and presentation of healthy and nutritious food and working as part of the catering team.
  • You will also be required to serve our clients and treat them with courtesy and respect.
  • The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate
  • Awareness of current health and safety and environment health and hygiene standards, including COSHH.
  • Relevant cooking experience.
  • Good customer service and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Able to work within the Christian ethos of The Salvation Army.

Appointment will be subject to satisfactory references, a criminal record check (DBS: Basic Adult DBS DBS Disclosure) and evidence of your Right to Work in the UK in line with Home Office requirements.
