The Role
- Your primary responsibility will be driving a 3.5 Tonne cage collection vehicle across Devon and Cornwall, collecting commercial and holiday home waste from customers.
- When you're not out on the road, you'll assist with general yard duties to help keep the operation running safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving a 3.5 Tonne cage collection vehicle.
- Collecting commercial and holiday park waste across Devon and Cornwall.
- Completing daily vehicle safety checks.
- Providing excellent customer service while representing the business.
- Loading and unloading waste containers.
- Supporting the yard team with general operational duties.
- Working safely and following all health and safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Full UK Category B Driving Licence.
- Reliable and hardworking attitude.
- Good level of physical fitness.
- Comfortable with manual handling and outdoor work.
- Team player with a positive approach.
- Previous waste, recycling, driving or yard experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
