We are looking to recruit a Plasterer to join our Westminster team. Working predominantly within a local Westminster patch, you'll benefit from reduced travel, a consistent workload and the opportunity to build strong relationships with residents and local housing teams.

This role is ideal for an experienced plasterer who also has tiling skills and enjoys carrying out a variety of repairs and maintenance work within occupied and void properties.

About the Role

As a Plasterer, you'll work across a varied portfolio of responsive repairs and maintenance works within residents' homes, delivering high-quality plastering, tiling and associated repair works. No two days are the same, and you'll have the autonomy to manage your workload while providing an outstanding service to our customers. You’ll be dealing with customers face-to-face, so you’ll need to have a great level of customer service and a positive and proactive approach to your work. You’ll need to be self-sufficient and able to work independently.

About You

We're looking for a skilled and experienced Plasterer with practical tiling experience and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes. You'll be confident interpreting drawings and specifications, working independently, and ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You'll have experience producing quality plasterwork, using hand tools and small powered equipment, and be comfortable using a PDA to manage your workload. You'll take responsibility for maintaining van stock, ensuring materials, equipment, PPE and RAMS are in place before starting work, and always promoting safe working practices.

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Previous experience as a Plasterer
  • Demonstrable tiling experience within repairs, maintenance or construction environments
  • City & Guilds Plastering, Diploma in Plastering, or NVQ Level 2 in Plasterwork
  • CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card (desirable)
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Experience using hand tools and small handheld plant such as drills and mixers
