The role supports learners, develops referral and employer partnerships, and delivers high quality IAG that leads to positive outcomes.
You will measure success against company and contractual KPIs.
Key duties include assisting learners with the move from centre to work placements, vetting placements, conducting reviews, and promoting progression onto Apprenticeships or Traineeships.
