Personal Assistant required to support male aged 34 years with PMLD who lives in Peterlee area.
Client has profound, multiple learning disability and physical needs.
Support required for personal care and all aspects of daily life.
Support also for social interaction e. g. story time and activities such as bubbles or watching children's programmes together.
PA to work alongside existing care team and parent.
Hours /Wage
10 hours per week, £13.50 per hour3 hours on a Tuesday, Thursday evening.4 hours on a Saturday. Some flexibility around this.
Duties
- Personal Care

- Additional Requirements/Information
Desirable: PA with experience of working with young people with profound and multiple learning disabilities.
Training provided for all medical and physical needs.
Client is mainly peg fed.
Epilepsy training / rescue training will be provided.
Care provided at client's home.
All prospective workers will be required to get an enhanced DBS check.
