As a Fiscal Officer based in Inverness, you will be part of a team that helps ensure cases progress efficiently through the justice system and that high-quality services are delivered to the public and justice partners.
Fiscal Officers are at the heart of COPFS operations, providing essential administrative and operational support across Local Court functions. This varied role can involve managing case records, preparing documentation for court, responding to enquiries, supporting the progression of cases and working closely with colleagues and stakeholders across the justice sector.
