Fulcrum Engineering & Technical are acting as an Employment Business on behalf of our Clients. We are recruiting personnel at all levels in the Boddam, Peterhead, Aberdeen areas plus other areas UK wide.

Covering similar roles on industrial type work on food and drink factories & warehouses. Semi Skilled & Mates with MEWP - IPAF working on assisting with work with Electrical CompEx Techs & Electrical Panel Wirers or Electrical 18th Ed & 2391 Techs & Electricians & Electrical Fitters & Semi Skilled Mates.

Installation of electrical cable tray, cables, lighting & alarm systems, electrical control panels, electrical cables & wiring to machinery & plant. Mechanical & Pipe Fitting and Welding Fabrication roles depending on applicants' skill sets & experience. Fabricator Welders will be more involved with fabrication on sheet metal, plate, pipework on higher spec fabrication work such as tanks, vessels, conveyors. Welding work with TIG mainly and MIG on supports & frames.

Mechanical Fitters & Pipe Fitters and also semi-skilled applicants can apply if they can cover most of the work depending on their skill set. Working mainly in the Fab Shop some workers may be asked to help out when really busy on installation work on factories/process plants.

Qualifications - Skills:

  • C & G or NVQ Welding Fabrication or Sheet Metalwork or Mechanical Fitting
  • Safety CSCS Card or IOSH Safety Cert
  • IPAF - MEWP Card with Working at Heights, Harness Awareness, Rescue Awareness

Hours of Work: 0700 - 1630 but often will work 0700 - 1730 or 1900 including some weekends.

Pay Rates: Skilled £27 + Hr Mon to Fri plus Sat Sun Rates.
