To support the delivery of effective and efficient services by enabling better management decision making. This is done by ensuring the availability of trusted information, both internally and externally, and supporting the information use capabilities of colleagues and ensuring that the organisations external activity reporting requirements are met.
To make a senior contribution in the development of the CPFT data warehouse reporting solution, including data architecture, processing and appropriate presentation layer from a range of clinical and operational data sources. Whilst appropriate alternative solutions should be considered, the technical environment is mainly with Microsoft SQL Server products.
With the support of the Head of Data, lead the reporting of all aspects of Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration reporting, data queries and returns.
To be accountable for ensuring that assigned internal and external activity information is available to the required standard and meets the required quality and governance standards.
To provide appropriate technical guidance and support within an informatics environment to colleagues within the Information and Performance department and the wider Trust.
