The Role
As a Diamond-Cut Alloy Wheel Technician, you'll be responsible for restoring alloy wheels to manufacturer standards using specialist CNC diamond-cut lathes. This role focuses purely on machine operation and quality—you won't be stripping or preparing wheels, allowing you to concentrate on delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC diamond-cut lathes to refurbish alloy wheels to manufacturer standards
- Carry out quality inspections to ensure exceptional workmanship
- Follow company processes and health & safety procedures
- Maintain equipment and a clean, organised workspace
- Support and mentor junior team members where required
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across the department
