A friendly and positive 28-year-old woman is looking for a compassionate and reliable Personal Assistant to provide support with day-to-day life. She lives with complex PTSD and chronic pain following a historic hip injury, meaning her mobility can vary. Some days she may need a little extra support, including gentle reminders to wear appropriate footwear when walking.

Describing herself as a bit like Tigger, she enjoys being around positive, outgoing people with a good sense of humour. She is looking for someone who can provide practical and emotional support, helping to organise appointments and finances, advocate when needed, and accompany her to appointments or out in the community, as she can become anxious when going out alone.

She takes pride in keeping her home clean and tidy, although there are times when she benefits from gentle encouragement to stay on top of household tasks such as putting away laundry or washing up. She is looking for a Personal Assistant who is kind, patient and organised, with the confidence to provide gentle, respectful encouragement when life feels overwhelming. This is a rewarding opportunity to support someone to maintain their independence while making a genuine difference to their confidence and wellbeing.
