I'm looking for a personal assistant to support me to live independently in my own home and help me access the community.
- To support with personal care e.g. showering, dressing etc.
- To assist preparation of meals.
- To assist with indoor activities as well as outdoors e.g. baking and cooking.
- To support me to access the community.
- To use your own vehicle to take me to appointments, activities and shopping.
- To undertake any training that is necessary and appropriate for the role.
- As my needs may vary from day to day, your tasks will reflect this. You may be required to perform any other duties as reasonably required.
