We are looking for a caring, reliable and experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to support an energetic 8-year-old boy with complex needs.
Contract Type: Part Time Permanent
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with parents to plan activities that help burn energy, provide stimulation, and meet his developmental needs.
- Ensure his safety at all times.
- Provide hands-on support with personal care and daily tasks.
- Help create a positive, engaging, and supportive environment.
He is fully non-verbal, very active, and has no sense of danger or awareness of his surroundings. He must not be left unattended at any time. He requires constant supervision and support with everyday tasks including:
- Eating and drinking
- Dressing
- Nappy changing
- Daily routines and personal care
Hourly Rate: £12.71
