Key Responsibilities
- Scoop, prepare, and serve delicious ice creams and sundaes, ensuring each treat is beautifully presented.
- Provide a warm, welcoming experience,assistingguests with flavourchoicesandprovidinghelpful answers about menu items.
- Maintaincleanliness and organisation across the counter, service areas, and seating spaces, upholding high hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service and create a positive, enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.
Requirements
- Previousexperience as an Ice Cream Assistant is a plus, but not essential.
- Experience in a customer-facing or food service role is beneficial.
- Strong guest service skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
