Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for an experienced Telehandler Operator with Suspended Loads experience to join a commercial construction project in Pencoed. This is an excellent short-term opportunity for a skilled CPCS or NPORS Telehandler Operator to join a professional site team on a busy commercial project.
Key Duties
- Operate a telehandler safely and efficiently on a busy construction site.
- Carry out suspended load lifting operations in accordance with site procedures.
- Transport and position materials around site.
- Support site logistics and assist trades as required.
- Complete daily pre-start equipment inspections and report any defects.
- Follow all site health and safety procedures at all times.
- Work closely with the Site Manager and construction team to ensure efficient site operations.
Requirements
- Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler card with Suspended Loads endorsement.
- Previous experience operating a telehandler on construction sites.
- Full PPE (hard hat, hi-vis, safety boots).
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
