Cartref Cleddau is a 24 bed mental health nursing home located in Pembroke Dock, Wales, provided by Shaw healthcare. This home offers specialised nursing care for adults with mental health needs, including dementia, learning disabilities, and complex needs.

Job Responsibilities

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The will include, but not limited to:

Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan

Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene

Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents

Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion

Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties

Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
