Candidate Requirements
- Substantial payroll administration experience, ideally gained within the public sector and, preferably, within a Higher Education environment.
- Experience of pension administration.
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage their own workload effectively.
- The confidence and capability to provide guidance and support to Payroll & Pensions Co-ordinators on more complex payroll and pensions matters.
Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate must be able to hit the ground running, integrate quickly into the team, and make an immediate contribution.
