A leading global organisation is seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to join its HR Payroll team in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional with strong end-to-end payroll experience who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment and enjoys working closely with HR, Finance, Benefits, and Global Mobility teams.
Duties include;
- Support the delivery of accurate and timely monthly payroll processing across the full employee life cycle, including starters, leavers, transfers, and family leave.
- Process payroll changes and ensure payroll data is maintained accurately within payroll and HR systems - ADP IHCM & Workday
- Manage payroll accounting activities, including general ledger processing, reconciliations, and internal account movements.
- Work closely with HR Shared Services, Benefits, and Global Mobility teams to ensure payroll changes are processed effectively.
- Support expatriate payroll processes and international mobility payroll activities.
- Reconcile pension and benefit deductions and assist with monthly reporting requirements.
- Respond to employee payroll queries, providing a high standard of customer service.
- Support internal and external audits and contribute to payroll controls and compliance activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, controls, and efficiencies. Assist with payroll documentation, process mapping, and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will have
- Strong end-to-end UK payroll processing experience
- Experience working within a fast-paced corporate environment, ideally Financial Services
- Must have knowledge of ADP i HCM and Workday
- Payroll accounting and reconciliation experience
- Strong Excel skills - vlookups and pivot tables
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical ability
- Knowledge of payroll legislation, tax, and statutory payments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
