The Patient Safety Support Secretary role provides high-quality secretarial and administrative support to the Trust’s Patient Safety Team. The post holder plays a key role in enabling patient safety improvement work by supporting the team with day-to-day organisation, meetings, and administration.
Provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to the Patient Safety Team.
- Arrange and support trust-wide meetings, including managing diaries, booking rooms, preparing papers, and following up actions.
- Take notes and produce clear, accurate minutes for meetings, sharing actions with relevant staff.
- Act as a point of contact for the team, dealing with enquiries in a helpful and professional manner.
