At Brimsham Green School, we have a new position open for a Pastoral Administrator to join a friendly administrative team, providing efficient administrative support for the Pastoral Office.

You’ll be responsible for providing general administrative support to all aspects of the Pastoral Office.
Requirements
- A good standard of general education equivalent to three GCSE passes at Grades 4+ or A-C, including Maths and English Language or equivalent
- Good work processing skills with substantial relevant experience in a similar role or environment
- Strong general administrative skills to include organisation and prioritisation
- Competent use of ICT applications including Microsoft Office and SIMS databases
- Good numeracy and literacy skills and an aptitude for administrative tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills with both adults and children
- Ability to work accurately to deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative
- Able to establish positive working relationships

We are looking to recruit a Pastoral Administrator to work 32.5 hours per week over five days. The hours per day will be 8.15am to 3.15pm. This permanent position will commence as soon as possible after the school summer holidays 2026.

Salary: Hay-10 (SP8), £19,954 per annum, term-time only plus 2 INSET days.
