We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Parts Advisor to join a well-established team in Exeter, Devon. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled automotive professional to develop their career within a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
Competitive basic salary up to £33,575 per annum depending on experience. Monday to Friday work pattern with Saturday work on a rota basis. Duties of a Parts Advisor:
- Provide expert advice to customers on parts and accessories
- Manage stock levels and ensure product availability
- Utilise computerised parts system for sales and inventory management
- Assist in order processing and parts procurement activities
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Support workshop team with parts requirements as needed
Requirements of a Parts Advisor:
- Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or similar role within the motor trade
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment
