Hair by Zindzi is looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join our growing team.

What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming clients and creating a warm, professional first impression
- Answering calls, messages and customer enquiries
- Booking and managing appointments
- Managing the salon diary and keeping appointments running smoothly
- Confirming appointments and following up with clients
- Taking payments and handling basic till administration
- Responding to social media and online enquiries
- Supporting the salon team with general administrative duties
- Helping maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception area
The Ideal Candidate
- Friendly, confident and approachable
- Well organised and reliable
- Comfortable speaking with customers in person, over the phone and online
- Professional with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable using booking systems, email and social media
- Passionate about beauty, hair and delivering great customer service
- Previous salon or reception experience is desirable but not essential
